Website

2026
Project type
Regenerative Development
The project
A land-backed regenerative village in the Tzununá Valley, built on a shareholder cooperative model with homes, a syntropic food forest, and a growing hospitality layer. WuWei came to Terrenity in its second stage of development: land in hand, infrastructure underway, and an early founding cohort forming.
The challenge
A three-person founding team carrying the entire weight of building, hosting, fundraising, and storytelling at once. This Regenerative Development was truly innovating in their ownership and equity shares model, but needed help with marketing workflows and automations. Marketing felt like a demand to be everywhere, delegation kept failing, and the team’s most effective recruitment instincts lived in one founder’s head and phone.
What we built
Over four months and fourteen working sessions, Terrenity designed a marketing system scaled to the team’s real bandwidth:
✧ A stage-based marketing strategy that matched content and channels to WuWei’s actual phase of development
✧ An automated marketing workflow and Claude-powered content planning system
✧ A member-investor touchpoint map tracing every step from first encounter to ambassador
✧ A social media template library with carousel formats, reel covers, and expanded brand guidelines for confident delegation
✧ A directory and events database for community listings and speaking opportunities
The shift
The team stopped chasing reach and started designing for alignment. The land visit became the center of the funnel, potlucks became intentional gathering points, and a founder’s intuitive way of nurturing relationships became a process the whole team can share. With limited homes and a long horizon, WuWei now recruits from abundance rather than urgency.
