I'm seeing multiple disparate projects attempt to be the single directory for "all" intentional communities.

Some by nature are only focused on newer communities, or communities that fit a certain criteria (e.g. regenerative, solar punk)

Here's a simple database of all the community directories I've been able to find, ranked by quality of listings, ease-of-use, and discoverability if you list your community on there.
