My story
I grew up avoidant of the hard conversations, because that's how my family dealt with conflict.

As an adult, I was frustrated that I couldn't handle situations maturely. I felt stuck and unable to communicate.
So I began studying all the methods in psychology, mediation, and communication tactics.
​
After living in 9 different intentional communities, I developed this 7 session training for conflict resolution in community living.
I trained my community members on these methods.
I was amazed at the results.
We created a culture of communication where people were expected to try to communicate maturely instead of gossip and get toxic with each other.
​Community members became self-aware of their own lack of communication skills, and started implementing the tools.
People felt more comfortable initiating conflict resolution, because they were confident they could handle it.
Every community is challenged by how to handle conflict.
I knew I had to share this training with others.
