Mediating Conflict in Community is a live, intimate two-session workshop for people who hold responsibility for conflict in community settings Whether you're a community manager, a founding member, a cohousing board member, a coliving operator, or someone who just keeps ending up in the room when things get hard. Over two 90-minute sessions across two days, we cover the full arc, from understanding what community conflict actually is, to holding a live mediation with confidence. This is a beta cohort. Small by design. Maximum 12 participants.
